We initiated a thorough research phase, examining competitors and potential user needs. Based on our findings, we designed an intuitive interface for the mobile app, prioritizing user experience and booking simplicity. We also revamped smaboo's website, incorporating illustrations and promoting the app's features. By integrating multilingual support, we catered to a wider audience, and we ensured seamless navigation through an easily accessible bottom bar, making the overall experience enjoyable and efficient for users.
